How To Drown Out Negative Thoughts…


Negative thoughts are trying to cloud my mind but I won’t let them. I know I have a goal and God has a plan. As long as I stay focused on Him and telling the stories He sends me to tell, then He will make a way out of no way. I must stay strong. 

In order to shake off the negative thoughts, I pray, take a deep breath and write. Writing helps clear my mind, eliminate the chatter, drives away the fear and encourages my heart. It’s through prayer & writing that I heal. 

Today’s lesson: block out the negative thoughts by drowning yourself in prayer and focusing all that negative energy into constructive motivation towards your dreams!
